Hoos on a Budget

Do you feel like you're constantly running out of money and have no idea where it went? Are you tired of feeling like you have no control over your spending? Is credit card debt a source of worry for you? If you answered "yes" to any or all of these questions, why not join us in Room 203 of the Georges Center on Wednesday, September 25th from 7 - 8 p.m. for a crash course in setting up a spending plan (aka, a "budget") for yourself? We'll help you understand how a plan just might be a real help to you and not drag on your lifestyle.

Student Financial Services staff will guide you through the process figuring out how to:

  • Set realistic goals
  • Identify your income and expenses
  • Separate needs from wants
  • Outline a plan that fits you
  • Set a timeline for when and how you will put your plan to work for you
  • Start thinking about how you'll set yourself up for success in sticking to your plan

This session is absolutely free, and pizza will be provided! RSVP here: https://www.facebook.com/events/368080690528528/
